About
Adrienne Park
I've been a COO twice — once for a 40-person product company that ended in an acquisition, once for a 120-person services business that ended in a very hard conversation I'm still learning from. I started consulting because I kept getting the same questions from founder friends, and I got tired of giving the answers in three-line Slack messages.
My work is about reducing the cost of a founder's bad decisions. Most founder-led companies don't die from lack of vision. They die from an exec hire that didn't work out, an org restructure done three months too late, or a cofounder conversation that never happened. I help with those three things.
I'm based in Toronto. I take 1–2 clients at a time and work remotely with occasional travel for quarterly offsites. I don't take retainers with companies I don't think I can help.
